We provide the  pre insulated  flex metal twin / single solar hose.
It can make the installation fast ,easy and realibale.
It improve the installation steps from traditional 4 steps into 1 step,  which also
greatly reduced the shipping cost.
It also make the installation quality improved further.

Detailed description of solar hose:

1: Corrugated stainless steel tube:
Material: Flexible high-grade stainless steel tube SUS304/316L
Temperature range: From -200C to +450C
1050° C high temperature annealing heat treatment,
Food grade,
Inner and outer wall both are bright

2: Insulation:
Material: High quality synthetic elastomer (EPDM based) with a complete closed-cell structure
Temperature range: From -50º C to +175º C
Flammability: Actual burning behavior: DIN 4102-b2 self-extinguishing, no fireball drops, limited fire spreading
Water vapour permeability: U> 3000
Thermal conductivity w/(m. K): 0º C: 0.034; 24º C: 0.037;
32º C: 0.038; 40º C: 0.039

3: Seamless Jacketing
Seamless UV-resistant jacketing
Material: Water proof polyolefin copolymer foil
UV resistance: Excellent UV and weather resistant properties

4: Temperature sensor wire
Temperature range: From -50º C to +200º C
Flexible copper: 0.75mm2
Wire insulation: Silicon
Rated voltage: 300/500 V
Electric resistance: 25.0 ohm/km
